BALLOT DEADLINE MONDAY, MAY 12, 2014
Dear Members:
Hello and happy “new season” to all our fellow Members of The Three Hundred
Club. The 2012 Season is underway, and the Germain Glidden Bowl is up for
grabs for the 64th consecutive year! For 2014, the 300 Club Ballot
deadline is Midnight, Monday, May 12. DON’T FORGET!
We repeat our popular “two-fer New Member” offer: any Member who
signs up two new Members for 2014 plays free and saves the 2014 Membership
dues! Club dues are $75 for returning Members, and $75 plus a
one-time Initiation Fee of $25 for new Members. Have your new members note
your name in the referral box on the registration form and send us an email
([email protected]) as well.
As we all know, each year we have active and returning Members who miss the
Deadline, and there are always people who get disappointed. We really want
to prevent this in 2014. So we urge all Members (and new Members) to do the
following as soon as you can!!
First: Please, oh please, go to the website, log in, and
update your personal info, including your email and mailing addresses. We
cannot communicate with the Membership without accurate info! Follow the
instructions or call if you forgot your login/password. We NEVER release
Members’ info.
Second: The Balloting section is now open. We urge you to
enter a Ballot NOW. It's been shown that once that's done, Members tend to
remember to make final choices by the Deadline and not forget. As always,
you can make changes to your Ballot up 'til Midnight of the Deadline Date
just by logging in and clicking on your Ballot. Payment isn't due until the
Deadline. We recommend that you pay dues now so your Ballot can be ranked
(only you can see your picks until balloting ends at the Deadline).
Third: Show the Site to your friends! They too can register
on the Site easily, and select a Ballot, which they too can change or use as
they wish. Remember, Ballots are only activated after payment is received,
so there's no charge if someone fills out a Ballot and later decides not to
play (although we can't imagine why!).
Fourth: MARK YOUR CALENDAR NOW! The 2014 Balloting Deadline
is Midnight, Monday, May 12. We will send out email reminders from time to
time as the Deadline (just over a month from now!) draws near.
We hope all will play in 2014. We also welcome new Members, and we look
forward to the weekly winners, the midseason winners, the "perfect ballot,"
the individual contest winners, and the Grand Prize Winner at season's end.
May yours be the best Ballot ---after mine!
